Health and Consultation Inquiry Forms
When you contact us or request a consultation via our inquiry forms or WhatsApp, we collect the personal details you provide (such as your full name, email address, phone number, and any health notes or dental history you choose to share). This data is processed strictly to assess your dental inquiries, arrange appointments, and deliver clinical assistance in accordance with UK and EU GDPR standards (Article 9 rıza ve sağlık hizmeti sunumu gerekçeleri uyarınca).
Google Analytics 4 & Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, Measurement ID: G-TL2EFGXZ5G) provided by Google LLC to analyze website traffic, measure user engagement, and improve our services. Our website implements Google Consent Mode v2.
No analytical or marketing cookies are stored on your device unless you provide explicit consent through our cookie consent banner. If you choose to decline, Google Analytics operates without setting tracking cookies and transmits only anonymized pings to allow basic behavioral modeling without identifying you individually.
Google Ads Enhanced Conversions
We use Google Ads conversion tracking with Enhanced Conversions enabled to assess marketing effectiveness. When you submit a lead or inquiry form, first-party contact details (such as your email address and phone number) may be securely hashed using the industry-standard SHA-256 algorithm before being transmitted to Google. Google only uses this hashed data to match conversions to our ads and does not store or share your plain-text personal information.

Media and Uploads

How long we keep your data
Consultation inquiry details and patient communication records are retained as long as necessary to provide medical travel coordination and satisfy statutory healthcare record-keeping obligations.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This way, we can automatically recognize and approve your follow-up comments instead of keeping them in the moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except for changing usernames). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
What are your rights over your data?
Under UK/EU GDPR and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:
